Consisting of over 1200 feet of newspaper, draped in the colonnade of the building’s courtyard, this piece was made as a temporary installation for the opening night of an art exhibit. The cost had to be minimal. The idea was to enliven the open-air space. The result was this installation in which slightest breeze caused the newspaper curves to move, adding a slight, rustling sound, echoing the visual curves of the archway.
